Overview
iEvent is a quick and easy tool that manage and provides users with that latest event information.
Greeted with a monthly view of a calendar, users can readily see what have a scheduled event and after clicking on a particular week, they can see a list of all the events happening that week.
Each week’s events are listed, in order, with a brief information summary and users can click on an event taking them to a detailed event page, which holds all relevant information for that event.
Each event page will have information such as:
§ Title/heading
§ Event category
§ Full description – complete with custom HTML, images and hyperlinks
§ Starting and ending dates and times
§ All day events
§ Multi day events
§ Location information – City and venue
§ Ability to place an event enquiry
Event information will be managed through iEvent Web Control, a secured back-end website that enables your staff to create, update and maintain website content.
The Manage Events section allows a website administrator to:
§ Add/remove events
§ Edit event dates/times
§ Edit event descriptions using WYSIWYG editor
§ Categorise an event
§ Upload/remove images for each event
§ Search for an event

Fast & Easy Online Event Registration, Renewal & Payment: Create and manage a web-based calendar with full registration and online credit card payment capabilities. Event registrations and payment information are automatically imported into CRM. A major time saver!
